Weren’t Conference and Easter great? So many messages on the family and the Atonement. Thank goodness for the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I loved work on Monday because one of my coworkers, who is almost retirement age but very energetic, was so excited about Easter. “Did y’all just have a great Easter? What songs did you sing? Did you get to sing He is Risen? Oh, that’s just wonderful!” And she was humming those songs during the day. I had previously told her that it was General Conference weekend so on Monday I mentioned a little about that and about how the Mormon Tabernacle Choir did sing those Easter songs.
