2012 is already looking to be a year of many exciting new adventures (e.g. Jacob graduates in May!!), and I’ve decided to add another one to the queue: I’m going to have a personal “blog piano recital” on my birthday yay! I’m going to post videos of 7 songs by or on my 27th birthday, with an additional fun little ditty I found while looking for beginner duets for my piano students. My main reasoning behind announcing this is, I have some songs I’d love to learn, and I am notorious for starting projects and never finishing them, so I figure I’ll actually accomplish this goal if I am held accountable by a deadline that everyone knows about, even if it is a self-imposed deadline.

Will those in the area be able to get seats at the live performance? That would be cool, although we’ll probably be in crazy moving mode…and you might not actually be performing live. Anyway, sounds fun!
