The Delivery Story
We had just sat down for Thanksgiving dinner, and were literally about to say the prayer when Tonya says, “I think this is it.” So we decided to eat first. Tonya called the doctor and the doctor said to come in to the hospital and get checked out. Before we left we played pin the hat on the Turkey.
We had Heidi and Eric over for Thanksgiving–they were extremely helpful, thanks again!–so they took care of Natalie and so many dishes while we galavanted over to the hospital to have a baby. We got to the hospital at 6:30 and had a baby by 10:25. Tonya had Hazel without an epidural, and I’ll leave her to comment on that in more detail if she wants, but I’m pretty sure that won’t be happening again :).
Hazel is a beautiful girl, and it already looks like she has a lot in common with her sister.
