So a lot has happened that we haven’t posted about recently. We went through July, got done with the Bar Exam, visited Georgia, had a birthday, and drove back to Virginia. Now we’re finally posting the pictures…

Tonya’s sister and her husband moved to Virginia so Eric could go to medical school. They had their baby that week. This is us visiting the hospital. They had this papa bear, momma bear, and baby bear size set of chairs, so we had to take a picture.

Look at how she’s growing.

Okay, so that’s not a colander, it’s a thinking cap. Tonya wanted me to take it with me to the bar exam.

I think Tonya has truly mastered the full extent of the thinking cap’s powers. If you’ve never seen a colander used as a thinking cap, maybe you should read more Calvin & Hobbes. It’s to catch the lightning from the brainstorms.

This crazy truck we took a picture of on our way down to GA.

You might think this is a picture of me and Natalie, but it’s actually a cleverly disguised attempt at taking a picture of the back of that crazy truck in the other picture.

This is a sculpture of a skunk and a helmet. It was inspired by one of my grandpa’s stories and Tonya’s awesome creativity.

There were these horse sculptures around the town square in Newnan GA as we drove through.

Tonya had made these signs for when I came back from the bar exam, we just didn’t think to take pictures until after we came back from Georgia.

We have a debate about the proper pronunciation of that sign. What do you think? Is it more like “boohoo” or is the “woo” sound more like “wood”?

Finally checked off all the boxes on this awesome list Tonya made for me at the beginning of the summer.

ah, so there was this mole in the street. because moles are blind, Tonya felt really bad for this animal, so she went out into the street and tried to sweep it into somebody’s yard. She literally stood in the middle of the street waving a stick at this poor thing, trying to get it out of harm’s way.

Natalie loves bath time, but I think she’s growing out of her love of playing in the water, which is too bad.

Hello, wow Good-bye to Elder A-E. He was always very cheerful to speak with.
And love all of the updates. Almost hard to keep up with.
