Christmas this year was pretty much the same as Christmas is Virginia. Well except that we’re living in an apartment, in a city, in a different county, on a different continent, across the ocean from where we used to live and they don’t speak English. But other than that is was the same. We just stayed home. Tyrus woke up at 3:30. Grace and I woke up at 4:30. Mom, Dad, and Natalie finally woke up at 7:00. Dad said the night before if we had been awake for about 1 hour and they hadn’t woken up we could watch some thing christmas-y on TV. We started watching the Christmas chronicles 2. (We had watched the first Christmas chronicles the day before.) Shortly after the movie had started Tyrus and Grace started complaining so we only got 30 minutes into the movie. (I forget what we watched next but I know we watched something.)
For Christmas I got:
- Roller blades (Mom & Dad)
- A Polaroid camera (Mom & Dad)
- Four creepy dolls (Mom & Dad)
- Three crocheted beans (Natalie)
- A mug (Tyrus)
- A mandala coloring book (Grace)
So in conclusion Christmas was fun. I really liked it.

Yeah for Christmas! It definitely is a memorable time of year.
The end??? What about all of the cheerful and colorful decorations your family made and hung up in your apartment. And all of the Nativities and decorations and Christmas lights around Madrid. We loved visiting your family during the holidays
